The Studio
Our Studio is named 3 Treasures Tai Chi. The 3 treasures in traditional Chinese Medicine refer to Jing (the body), Qi (the breath), and Shen (the mind). A person is said to possess the 3 Treasures once they’ve concentrated on consolidating the health of the body, breath and mind. Because Tai Chi positively effects the body, breath, and mind, Tai Chi can be an important tool in cultivating these Treasures.
